All 54 African countries are supported, plus agents based in major freight origin hubs like China, UAE, Turkey, India, Bangladesh, Vietnam, and others.
How long does the application review take?
We review every application within 24–48 business hours. You'll receive an email with the decision. We may ask for identity documents as part of the verification process.
What is the Certified Agent badge?
The 🏆 Certified Agent badge appears on your profile and directory listing. It confirms you've completed verified transactions, passed identity checks, and are subscribed to the Certified plan. It makes clients significantly more likely to choose you.
How does the $1/month subscription work?
The $1/month rate is an introductory offer for the first 12 months of the Certified Agent plan. After 12 months the standard rate applies ($5/month). You can cancel at any time — the badge is removed if you cancel. The subscription is only required for the Certified badge; all other platform features remain free.
Can I use Scoppar if I already have my own clients?
Absolutely. Scoppar is a management platform, not a replacement for your existing business. You bring your clients; Scoppar gives you the tools to manage them professionally.
